2. participation

The KTSH is a consumer fair on the subject of classic vehicles. Companies with products and/or services that are used in the field of classic vehicles are admitted. E.g. classic vehicles built up to 1992, restored and unrestored automobiles, motorcycles, mopeds, trucks, buses, engines, reproductions, spare and new parts, tools and workshop equipment, accessories, bodywork and interior fittings, engine, chassis and electrical engineering, technical and vehicle-related services, care and cleaning products, oils and lubricants, literature, toys and models, decorations and vehicle-related art, clothing and accessories. The appearance and technology of exhibits must correspond to the character and requirements of a trade fair on the subject of classic vehicles. By registering, the exhibitor expressly acknowledges the conditions of participation.

1. Cancellation by the exhibitor:
   After admission, the exhibitor must pay the full rent even if he cancels or does not participate. The exhibitor cannot derive any reduction in rent from non-participation. Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH also reserves the right to assert claims for damages. If Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH succeeds in renting the stand space to another party and releases the first tenant from participation, it shall retain a claim against the first tenant who has withdrawn from the contract for cost sharing amounting to at least 25% of the stand rent invoiced to him.
2. Cancellation by the organizer:
   Cancellation by Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH If it is impossible to hold the KTSH due to events for which Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH is not responsible, the exhibitor must contribute to covering the preparation costs of Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH as follows: If the cancellation must be made more than six weeks, but no more than three months before the date set, 25% of the space rental fee will be charged as a contribution to costs. If the cancellation is made in the last six weeks before the event, the exhibitor's contribution to costs shall be increased to 50% of the agreed stand rental. In addition, any costs already incurred at the instigation of the exhibitor must be paid. If the KTSH has to be closed prematurely during the event for reasons for which Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH is not responsible, the exhibitor is not entitled to a refund of the rent and must pay the full amount of the costs to be borne by him.

5. space rental and payment

The floor space ordered will be rented to the exhibitors. The dimensions of the rented space are reduced by the thickness of any exhibition walls ordered by Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH. The rental price for the exhibition space can be found in the order confirmation. The rental price includes General lighting and cleaning of the exhibition routes. The stand rental will be invoiced when the first invoice is sent (eight weeks before the start of the trade fair). The invoice is due for payment within 10 days. If applications are accepted within eight weeks before the start of the trade fair, payment of the entire rental fee is due immediately. Complaints must be made in writing immediately upon receipt of the invoice. Later objections cannot be accepted. If invoices are issued to a third party at the request of the exhibitor, the exhibitor shall nevertheless remain the debtor. The organizer is entitled to withdraw from the contract if the above payment terms are exceeded by more than three days. Default interest and expenses will be charged in the event of late payment.

6. assembly and dismantling

Exhibitors will be notified of the set-up and dismantling times in a separate letter in good time before the event. Stands must be cleared by 09:00 on the first day of the fair at the latest. Dismantling may begin on the last day of the fair from 17:00. Earlier dismantling is not permitted. In the event of culpable non-compliance, a lump-sum compensation amounting to 50% of the stand rental fee will be charged, up to a maximum of € 480. The exhibitor reserves the right to provide evidence of lower damages. Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH reserves the right to calculate the actual amount of damages. After dismantling, the exhibition areas must be left swept clean. Failure to do so will result in the work being carried out at the instigation of Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH at the exhibitor's expense. Exhibitors are permitted to sell exhibition goods. This must be accompanied by proof of purchase. The sales receipt must be presented to the security staff on request.

7. locksmith service

Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH commissions a locking service for the duration of KTSH, which locks the hall and the outdoor area from 19:00 on the days of the fair and carries out patrols in the hall and on the grounds until 09:00 in the morning. The stands are not guarded. The fair is not liable for loss of or damage to exhibits and stands. Special security guards are only permitted with the approval of Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH. The locking service works on behalf of Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH and is authorized to exercise domiciliary rights.

8. domiciliary rights - house rules

In addition to these conditions of participation, the house rules for the KTSH apply. They form part of the exhibition contract. The employees appointed by Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH exercise domiciliary rights vis-à-vis exhibitors. They must be granted access at all times. Their instructions must be followed.

9. liability and compensation claims

In the event that visitors suffer damage on the exhibition stands, it is mandatory to take out exhibitor liability insurance. This is charged per exhibition stand. Insurance cover for the exhibitor's employees is the responsibility of the exhibiting company. Exhibitor liability insurance is based on the General Insurance Conditions for Liability Insurance (AHB) and special conditions. These conditions can be inspected at Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH. The sums insured per insured event are: € 3,000,000.00 lump sum for personal injury and/or property damage. The total benefit for all loss events in an insurance year is limited to twice this sum insured. The insurance policy is available for inspection at Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH. Liability claims between exhibitors are excluded from the insurance cover. In the event that a corresponding liability insurance policy already exists elsewhere, this will provide cover in the event of damage. Exhibitors are responsible for insuring their exhibition goods, stand equipment and stands. The exhibition management accepts no liability whatsoever, not even for damage caused by structural defects. The exhibitor shall in any case be liable for damage caused by him or his representatives to the rented premises, equipment, inventory, appliances, buildings, fences, floors and the like or which are attributable to culpable breach of the contractual obligations assumed by him. The exhibitor must insure himself against these risks. Claims for damages against Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH are excluded. This does not apply to claims for damages arising from injury to life, limb or health if Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH is responsible for the injury and for compensation for other damages based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by the organizer. A breach of duty by Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH is equivalent to a breach of duty by a legal representative or vicarious agent.

10. list of exhibitors and trade fair website

1. The insurance of all exhibits, as well as all other equipment and facilities, all risks of transportation before, during and after the event, in particular against damage, theft, etc. is the responsibility of the exhibitor or his representative.
2. The exhibitor or his authorized representative shall be liable for all damage caused to third parties by his participation, including damage caused to buildings, the event site, the event site itself and its facilities.

11. power connection

If several exhibitors rent a stand together, each of them shall be jointly and severally liable. Notification to the representative named in the application shall be deemed to be notification to the exhibitor - or in the case of joint stands - the exhibitors.

12 Joint and several liability

Personal data of the Landlord's contractual partners shall be stored and processed in accordance with §§ 28 and 29 BDSG within the scope of the purpose of the respective contractual relationship. If the Lessee is a registered trader, a special fund under public law or a legal entity under public law, the place of jurisdiction and place of performance shall be Neumünster. Should individual clauses of these conditions of participation be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract. In this case, the provision that is not included or is invalid shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the content of the original provision.
