Disclaimer of liability

The undersigned (participant) declares, for the benefit of the organiser, Holstenhallen Neumünster GmbH, the authorities, route owners and operators, race services, as well as their governing bodies, agents and contractual partners, and all other persons involved in the organisation and execution of the event, as well as for the benefit of the other participants, their teams, vehicle owners and helpers (beneficiaries), in connection with the execution of and participation in the following event:

KTSH Sternfahrt on Saturday, 06 June 2026

1. I participate in the event at my own risk. I alone bear the civil and criminal responsibility for all damages caused by me, including those incurred to the vehicles used by me.
   
   
2. I acknowledge that the beneficiaries assume no liability towards me for personal injury, property damage or financial loss, subject to the following limitations: This exclusion of liability does not apply in cases of intent or gross negligence on the part of the beneficiaries, or for damages resulting from injury to life, body or health caused by a negligent breach of duty by the beneficiaries or by an intentional or negligent breach of duty by a legal representative or agent of the beneficiaries.
   
   
3. I agree to the above exclusion or limitation of liability not only on my own behalf, but also on behalf of my companions, helpers, any vehicle owner who may differ, as well as all natural or legal persons to whom claims may be transferred in the event of a damaging incident.
   
   
4. If the persons represented by me do not grant such approval, I shall indemnify the beneficiaries against all claims that may be asserted against them due to the non-applicability of the above liability provisions.
   
   
5. Furthermore, I fully indemnify the beneficiaries against all claims by third parties that may be asserted against the beneficiaries due to a damaging event caused by me.

The undersigned (participant) agrees that photographic images of his or her person and vehicle may be published, distributed or made publicly accessible by the organiser, in particular on the internet. This consent covers all images created in connection with participation in the “KTSH Sternfahrt 2026” on Saturday, 06 June 2026, in public spaces or with the participant’s consent.
